What payment methods do you accept?
- Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- OceanPay: Local payment methods in select regions
- WeChat Pay and Alipay: For travelers with Chinese payment accounts
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). At checkout, you'll see the equivalent in your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe and OceanPay, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your full card details.
Can I pay in installments?
Not at this time. Full payment is required to confirm your itinerary.
What if my payment fails?
You'll see an error message with the reason. Try again, or use a different payment method. If it persists, contact us.
Where can I view my orders?
Log in to your LVYV account, go to "My Orders." You'll see all your order history and statuses there.
