What is LVYV? How is it different from a travel agency?
LVYV is not a travel agency. We don't sell package tours. You tell us your dream trip through a guided conversation, and a real human travel designer handcrafts an itinerary just for you.
How does the Wish Pool work?
You fill in a 7-step conversation: city, duration, interests, budget, your dream story, and any special needs. Submit it, and a designer will deliver your itinerary within 24 hours.
Who designs my itinerary? A human or AI?
A real human. A travel designer who knows Xi'an and Chengdu intimately will create your journey. No AI-generated generic plans.
How long will it take to receive my itinerary?
Within 24 hours of submitting your Wish. You'll receive an email notification when it's ready.
Can I modify my itinerary?
Yes. Your first modification is free. Additional modifications can be requested using points (200 points/time) or with a $10 service fee.
What if I want to cancel after making a Wish?
You can cancel anytime before your itinerary is delivered. Once delivered, our refund policy applies.
